Item arrived and is as described however Item arrived damaged with big cracks and leaked the water all over bird cage.. it is packed in just a plastic bag with no protection. Cannot comment on seller communication as Ali Express has a new system and it has some bugs to work out. I cannot send them photos so I’ll post them here.. I’ve asked for a full refund
